Ozzie has done more than any other individual to power Resimax Group’s rise from small boutique developments to a diversified residential property developer with a team of more than 200 people in Melbourne and South-East Asia.

Ozzie is a devoted family man, and this along with his core values of loyalty, fairness, teamwork and integrity have helped him to create Resimax Group’s unique culture.

Celebrated for his acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, he has instilled a spirit of innovation and collaboration throughout the team.

Ozzie has steered Resimax Group through some of the most notable individual land acquisitions in Australia over the past five years, building it into the largest private landowner in Victoria. He was also instrumental in Resimax Group’s pioneering move to integrate building and real estate to property development, through Tick Homes and Leap Real Estate respectively.

His passion for excellence doesn’t end at property though, Ozzie also has a range of business interests spanning media companies, technology enterprises, hotels and hospitality. And he truly became part of the fabric of Victoria – and Australia – by being a part owner of two Melbourne Cup-winning horses!

Ozzie remains active in all aspects of Resimax Group’s day-to-day activities, operations, and strategic planning.

Callan has over 20 years’ experience in the greenfield property sector across private and listed groups, having worked on some of Melbourne’s largest and most complex master-planned communities.

As Chief Investment Officer at Resimax Group, Callan leads the Group’s investment strategy and capital transactions, with responsibility for growth strategy, new acquisitions and capital deployment across the portfolio.

He recently led Resimax Group’s landmark joint venture transaction on the Eynesbury master-planned estate, one of Melbourne’s largest residential and mixed-use developments, partnering with a major international real estate investor to unlock the next phase of growth.

Dion is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with more than 20 years’ experience in Australian listed real estate and funds management. He joined Resimax Group in July 2026 after serving for 15 years as CFO of an ASX 200 listed real estate company, where assets under management increased more than tenfold to $6.7 billion. Dion brings deep expertise in scaling businesses, driving financial performance and delivering strategic outcomes in complex operating environments.

His experience spans finance, taxation, corporate structuring, risk management, governance and capital management, with a strong focus on identifying practical commercial solutions and creating long-term value. Dion is also a passionate people leader, known for building trusted relationships and fostering connected, high-performing teams.

At Resimax Group, Dion is responsible for capital management, financial planning and reporting and leading the finance team. He provides financial oversight on development feasibilities and investment decisions, collaborates on the Group’s risk management and governance frameworks and works closely with the executive leadership team to support the strategic priorities and future growth of the business.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Dion serves as a Non-Executive Director of a disability services provider and chairs its Finance and Audit Committee.

Paul began his career in civil engineering before moving into the residential building industry, where he has built more than 20 years of experience across operations, construction, and business leadership.

Throughout his career, Paul has developed extensive expertise with some of Australia’s leading home builders, successfully leading large teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

As Chief Operating Officer of Resimax Group, Paul is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution across the business. He is passionate about continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance culture that empowers teams to deliver exceptional results.

Paul combines a strong customer focus with an analytical and collaborative leadership style. His ability to optimise people, processes, systems, and resources has been instrumental in improving performance, supporting sustainable growth, and strengthening the organisation’s operational capability.

With a commitment to excellence and innovation, Paul works closely with leaders across the Group to ensure Resimax continues to deliver quality homes and exceptional customer experiences.

Andrew Jones is an accomplished property executive with more than 20 years
of experience in greenfield land development, strategic planning and
infrastructure delivery.

As Chief Development Officer at Resimax Group, he leads the company’s
extensive property portfolio, overseeing development strategy, planning approvals,
infrastructure coordination and the delivery of large-scale masterplanned communities
across Victoria’s growth corridors.

Andrew is recognised for his ability to unlock complex development opportunities,
build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver successful outcomes that create
long-term value for communities, investors and Resimax Group.

Frederic is an experienced senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership and operational management experience across Australia and Europe. As Special Project Manager at Resimax Group, he leads a diverse portfolio of strategic and operational projects spanning property development, hospitality, golf, landscaping, agriculture and land management.

With a strong commercial and hands-on approach, Frederic specialises in taking complex projects from strategy through to implementation, with a focus on operational performance, cost control and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining Resimax Group, Frederic spent more than 20 years in senior hospitality management, working with some of Australia and Europe’s leading restaurants and hospitality businesses. His multidisciplinary experience allows him to navigate complex projects, build effective teams and deliver practical commercial outcomes across a broad range of businesses.

Ben is Head of Commercial at Resimax Group and brings extensive experience across real estate investment, property law and finance, with particular expertise in portfolio management, transaction origination and capital formation, and investment product structuring.

Ben spent over a decade with MaxCap Group, building it into one of the region’s leading institutional commercial real estate debt managers. As Deputy Chief Investment Officer, he was jointly responsible for managing approximately $7 billion in assets.

At Resimax Group, Ben leads the structuring and financing of investment and development opportunities. He also oversees the funds management and legal functions, bringing a commercial and investment-led approach to capital partnerships and the Group’s broader growth strategy.

As General Manager of Leap Real Estate, Marius brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across property, investment, business strategy, technology and operational excellence. His strengths include business development, sales strategy, digital transformation and process improvement – capabilities that have helped drive innovation, support business growth and deliver meaningful value to clients.

Before joining Leap Real Estate, Marius held senior technology and consulting roles with the Australian Taxation Office, where he specialised in enterprise online systems, and with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Management Consulting Services, where he delivered business and technology solutions for major organisations.

Marius combines strategic vision with a passion for innovation. He leads the Leap team with a focus on exceptional customer service, high-performing teams and the smart use of technology to achieve outstanding results for clients.

Soni brings a strong track record of driving growth and performance across the residential property sector, with more than 15 years of experience spanning sales, project marketing, project strategy, channel partnerships, customer experience and settlements.

As Head of Sales, Settlements & Marketing, Soni leads the Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and Settlements functions, overseeing the end-to-end customer journey from project launch and sales through to settlement and post-sale support.

With a strong understanding of the property lifecycle and a commercially focused approach, Soni works closely with Development, Construction, Finance, Legal, Sales and external partners to drive performance, strengthen processes and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Soni combines strategic leadership, commercial acumen and hands-on industry experience, ensuring teams remain aligned, accountable and focused on delivering results across the organisation’s growing property portfolio.

Josie is the Managing Director of Resimax Capital, leading the Group’s capital, investment and family office activities.

Having previously served as Resimax Group’s Director of Finance and Operations, Josie brings extensive experience across finance, capital management, investment, governance and corporate strategy, together with a deep understanding of the Group, its operations and its broader investment interests.

Her experience spans complex funding and capital structures, investment analysis, treasury, fund management and governance, as well as the oversight of diverse operating businesses and investment vehicles.

In her role as Managing Director, Josie works closely with the Group’s principals and investment partners across capital allocation, equity and mezzanine funding, investor and funding relationships, strategic investment opportunities and the management of the Kheir Family Office. She also plays an active role in the governance and oversight of the Group’s broader investment portfolio.

Victor is a registered builder and director of Tick Homes, who brings an experienced, practical approach to the home building process.

Victor learned about the industry from his father and has construction in his blood. He has amassed over 20 years’ experience on both the residential and commercial sides of the industry.

Victor’s ethos is that there’s no obstacle that can’t be overcome. He prides himself on building relationships, understanding customer expectations and goals, and delivering outstanding outcomes.

Dean has amassed a wealth of experience in design and construction documentation for volume building over the course of his career, working with many of Australia’s largest building companies.. He has also developed as an inspirational leader, having managed his own company since 2003.

Dean manages the development of all single-house and multiunit designs for Resimax Group from initial concept, through to obtaining building approval. He works closely with the build team to create value-focussed, space-smart and sustainable designs.
