It began with a bold idea: Resimax Group’s first masterplanned community. A place for 1,000 homes to grow around nature and connection. Waterways and wetlands now flow throughout the estate. A local school stands ready for generations to come, while a new sporting reserve is on its way – the story continues.

The land was once flat and untouched, full of promise. Early works reshaped the ground and set the foundations. Floods came and went, but the vision held strong. Each setback only pushed the project forward. Lot by lot, street by street, the neighbourhood came alive. Townhouses added new options and defined the streetscape.

From open paddocks to a thriving neighbourhood, this decade-long journey has been shaped by people and place – delivered with purpose, built with heart, and ready for the future. Today, we celebrate a milestone: watch the journey from the first title in 2017 to the final stage in 2025 in this short video capturing years of progress and community creation.

Wallan is a hub of outdoor and sporting activities. Footy, cricket, golf, bowls, horse riding and national parks are just some of the options.

From take-away and casual to something fancier, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from. And plenty of cuisines to choose from too.

Wellington Square shopping centre offers major supermarkets and retailers, specialty shops and all the services you need. Plus, a retail and community area has been proposed nearby.

Well-established education options include Wallan primary and secondary college. In the Newbridge South Estate there is also a new Catholic primary school.

Wallan Railway Station is only minutes away. Melbourne's CBD is only 40 mins away. And you're supremely connected via the Hume Freeway and major roads.
