THE FUTURE IS TAKING SHAPE
Positioned within Melbourne’s expanding western region, Sansara is ideally placed to benefit from significant investment in health, education, employment, transport and green open space.
A pipeline of major infrastructure projects and community facilities is shaping a well-connected, future-focused precinct designed to support long-term liveability, opportunity and everyday convenience. These upcoming amenities will enhance the way residents live, work and move, while supporting a high-quality lifestyle and long-term investment potential.
HEALTHCARE
Melton Hospital
Located in the heart of Strathtulloh, Sansara will be surrounded by a new generation of local amenities supporting a connected and growing community. Just minutes away in Cobblebank, the new Melton Hospital is currently under construction and planned to open in 2029, delivering a major piece of healthcare infrastructure to Melbourne’s western corridor.

The state-of-the-art, all-electric hospital will provide a 24-hour emergency department, maternity, mental health and outpatient services, and is designed to treat around 130,000 patients each year, including nearly 60,000 emergency visits annually. Once complete, it will also create hundreds of local jobs, further strengthening the area’s long-term liveability and appeal.
EDUCATION &
EMPLOYMENT
Education is also a key focus, with the new Kangan Institute of TAFE Melton campus planned for Cobblebank by 2028, alongside a growing list of nearby primary and secondary schools to add to those already serving Strathtulloh. Major employment precincts across Melbourne’s west will further support long-term opportunity, including the East Werribee National Employment and Innovation Cluster, set to create thousands of new jobs within 25 minutes from Strathtulloh.
RETAIL &
COMMERCIAL
A wide network of new retail and commercial destinations is being delivered to support strong long-term population growth. This includes the expansion of Cobblebank Village, alongside major new precincts such as the Cobblebank Metropolitan Activity Centre, Cobblebank Business Park and The Place Cobblebank. Together, these hubs will deliver expanded shopping, dining and services, supported by a diverse mix of commercial and industrial spaces.
TRANSPORT &
OUTDOORS
Strathtulloh’s connectivity continues to strengthen through major infrastructure investment across the West. The recently opened West Gate Tunnel and ongoing level crossing removals will significantly improve travel times, safety and access to key destinations and employment hubs. Closer to home, additional sporting fields, landscaped parklands, walking trails and active open spaces will further enhance everyday liveability and outdoor lifestyle appeal of the area.
