FAQ's
Our investor Portal is your gateway to apply for new fund opportunities and manage your existing investments.
You will receive an email from Resimax Group Capital confirming receipt of your Expression of Interest with a link to complete the online application form.
You will need to:
- Click the Investor Portal link.
- Fill in the details under the ‘Create Account’ heading (including your full name, email address, contact phone number).
- Tick the box to confirm you’ve read the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
- You will then receive an email with your temporary password, to then create your login profile.
- Use the temporary password to login and set your password.
If you forget your password, click the “Forgot your Password?” link on the Account Login page. You’ll be prompted to enter your registered email address to receive instructions for resetting your password securely.
You will need to provide certified copies of identification documents as part of the application process to enable Resimax Group Capital to undertake a “Know Your Customer” verification as required by the Australian regulators. The identification documents required is dependent upon the name or entity in which you apply:
- Individual – certified copy of passport (we will arrange a video call to certify your passport if approved)
- Company – certified copy of extract of the company’s registration from the relevant authorities (eg. ASIC in Australia) and certified copy of passport of directors and owners of the company
- Trust – certified copy of trust deed and certified copy of passport of trustee and beneficial owners
Accountant Certificate
The funds are available for investment by Wholesale Investors as defined by the Corporations Act 2001 only. You may need an Accountant Certificate provided by a registered CPA or Chartered Accountant to confirm your Wholesale Investor status. For information regarding the Accountant Certificate, please refer to the ASIC website.
If you are unable to obtain an Accountant Certificate, please contact our investor support team at investor@resimaxgroupcapital.com.au to discuss options.
Once you’ve created an account, you’ll able to:
- Save and return to applications part way through their process.
- Download and print completed applications for your records at any time.
Once your investment application has been processed, you’ll be able to access and manage your investment(s) through the portal. Features include:
- Viewing your total investment amount and unit allocation.
- Tracking transactions and distribution history.
- Downloading distribution statements and other key documents.
- Access new investment opportunities and apply for additional funds within the same portfolio.
You will receive quarterly updates from Resimax Group Capital via email with information on how the fund is tracking.
If the fund is still open for investment (i.e. prior to the fund closing date), in most cases you can make additional contributions, subject to the terms of the specific fund.
If the fund has closed, we’ll keep you informed of any new opportunities to invest in future fund offerings.
