Having worked with Ozzie as an external consultant for many years, Josie became Financial & Operations Director in October 2020.

A skilled management accountant and systems expert, Josie created and managed accounting firm Solpoint for over 10 years, successfully building it from the ground up to one of Australia’s the top 5% of firms in its category.

By optimising Resimax Group’s operational efficiencies and financial outcomes, whilst mitigating risks, Josie has been instrumental in growing the business. Together with her team, she co-ordinates tax and cashflow planning, provides systems expertise, and continuously introduces new metrics and reporting mechanics. The efficiencies that Josie has brought mean all resources can be leveraged properly, enabling the Group’s entrepreneurial culture to shine.

In her spare time, Josie is also a volunteer Director / Treasurer for a number of NFPs, lending her expertise and business acumen to support those organisations.

Soni has an extensive background in sales operations and settlement management, and has been immersed in the property industry for over ten years.

At Resimax Group, he is responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales operation and settlement process for both local and international clients.

Soni also successfully manages the Group’s Build-to-Rent (BTR) program in partnership with one of South East Asia’s major banks. This pioneering initiative adds further depth to the property offering of Resimax Group, whilst also addressing the demand for quality rental housing in the market.

Co-founder and Managing Director of Leap Real Estate, Ken Dodds is one of Australia’s most experienced property professionals.

Guided by unparalleled knowledge, and his passion for others to achieve their goals, Ken has become a sought-after mentor and advisor to people at all stages of their property development journey.

John has over 30 years in banking experience having worked for both the Commonwealth Bank and Bendigo Bank in their Property and Commercial space. John has successfully managed large teams and dealt with some of Australia’s leading property developers. He is now looking after all the finance aspects of the business to ensure funding solutions are sourced that sit in line with the company’s goals and objectives.

Callan has worked for some of the biggest property development companies in Australia in a career spanning over 15 years, honing his knowledge and management skills.

Bringing that experience, vision, and leadership, as well as a keen eye for detail, Callan is tasked with managing the end-to-end development for our flagship project, Eynesbury.

Having over 15 years of experience in the residential development management space, Gareth has held positions at some of the most well-known developers in Australia.

Gareth is currently applying his leadership and expertise to managing the end-to-end development of a variety of projects, along with a recent focus on new acquisitions.

Jessie has extensive experience in advising on broad aspects of property law and has acted for commercial investors and developers both private and listed active in the property sector. Jessie is experienced throughout the delivery chain, from complex acquisitions and associated due diligence, documenting agreements with land owners and/or joint ventures through to owners corporation structuring and delivery of subdivisions and the management of high volume leasing and sales. Jessie leads Resimax Group’s legal team and drives a focus on key legal objectives of the business.
