Winslow scores Eynesbury civil contract

Together with Hyde Property Group, Resimax Group are pleased to announce that, after a competitive tender process, the civil contract for landmark Eynesbury Township development has been awarded to Winslow Constructors.

With over three decades of experience on signature projects, Winslow Constructors are one of the leading civil contractors in Victoria. Encompassing stages 4 and 11 at Eynesbury, the contract covers earthworks, drainage sewer, electrical, water, telecommunications, road pavements and footpaths.

 

Resimax Group’s Callan Ainsaar, Project Director of Eynesbury explains, “We’re thrilled that construction will re-commence at Eynesbury after a long hiatus. It signals the start of a new period of investment and activity in the community. We’re excited to be working with Winslow for this important next step in relaunching Eynesbury and realising the vision.”

Winslow anticipate mobilising on site in September 2019. Stage registration/titles are expected for Stage 4 in July 2020 and Stage 11 in September 2020.

In further exciting news, Stage 5 construction commencement is expected to follow in November, pending final authority approvals. It is also anticipated that works on Eynesbury’s first primary school will commence before the end of 2019, with the State Government indicating a planned opening for Term 1, 2021.
